Shipping Guideline

Our shipping offices are open from 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday. Our shipping office is closed on all U.S. government-observed holidays. Orders received before 1PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1PM will be shipped the following business day.



If you wish to cancel your order, please call our Customer Service at 800-368-0016. Your cancellation must be made before your order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. If a cancellation is placed after the order shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the unopened package or send unopened package back. Once the package is returned, a full refund will be issued, less shipping costs (see Free Shipping and Cancelled Orders below), both to and from your delivery address. All cancellation refunds are processed within five business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Once a package has been opened, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. At this point, our standard returns policy applies. Free Shipping and Cancelled orders: Free shipping is a reward for customers who use our products, and does not apply to cancelled orders. Cancellation refunds on orders that have already shipped will be debited either the published shipping rate or the actual shipping costs, whichever is greater. This applies to both domestic and international orders. International orders: You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and return shipping charges incurred to return the package. Due to the cost of returning packages deemed undeliverable or refused at customs offices, any refused or undeliverable package automatically disqualifies your purchase from refund eligibility.
